In Kimberly’s work, she wants to help others to find meaning in the challenges that life presents. She is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Tennessee – Knoxville and a Bachelor of Arts from Belmont University. For the past 20 years, she has helped countless people experiencing grief and loss, phase of life transitions, compassion fatigue, caregiver stress, and aging-related illnesses. Kim uses Cognitive Behavioral approaches, Interpersonal Therapy, Solution-focused, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with clients. She also likes to explore your interests like art, journaling, yoga, meditation, religious practices, humor, music, etc., and how they can be incorporated into an overall plan for wellness. Her goal is to help you develop the tools and skills you need to feel more empowered and at peace in your life. She would be honored to have the opportunity to help you achieve your goals.
