Khushi Basant Jain, M.A. (she/her)

Therapist

Khushi is a firm believer that healing begins in the moment you feel safe enough to be yourself. Her approach is warm, person-centered, and trauma-informed, with a big focus on authenticity, connection, and cultural humility.

Khushi completed her M.A. in Mental Health Counseling & Behavioral Medicine from Boston University School of Medicine and has the clinical experience of working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, eating disorders, trauma, identity exploration, and the lifelong art of self-acceptance. Khushi uses evidence-based approaches including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Relational-Cultural Therapy (RCT) with collaboration and care.

Born and raised in India, Khushi caters to a multilingual population, including those who speak English, Hindi, Gujarati, and Marwari. She brings a deep understanding of the layered experiences that come with culture, family, and identity. She strives to be present for clients who are trying to hold many parts of themselves, helping them feel a little lighter in the process. Her motto is, “Never worry alone” 🙂

Outside the therapy room, Khushi finds joy in little things: slow mornings with tea, home-cooked meals (with a happy little food dance), mandala coloring, comfort TV, spending quality time with loved ones, and bonding with any dog or cat that crosses her path. She wholeheartedly believes that animals are little healers in their own right—cat memes included.

Whether you are navigating stressful life transitions or simply tired of doing it all alone, Khushi is here to walk beside you—with warmth, curiosity, and zero pressure to have it all figured out.
