Kennedy is a mental health counselor and art therapist having graduated from the University of Indianapolis with a Master of Art in Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy. She gives clients the ability to explore and experience the benefits that art can provide in the therapeutic setting. Combining traditional therapy and art therapy allows Kennedy to connect and work with her clients using a variety of techniques, driving home the importance she places on person-centered work.
The main focus of Kennedy’s practice is on children and adolescents. She has extensive experience working with those who suffer from low mood/suicidal ideation/self-harm, anxiety and adjustment-related difficulties, trauma, relationship challenges, and those that identify as LGBTQ+. This experience is what gives her the ability to tailor treatments to each individual client.
