Bio

Kelly Pieper is a licensed clinical social worker and supervisor specializing in work with children and families. She is also the Child Services Manager at Ellie Mental Health, supporting clinicians across Minnesota in their work with children and families.  Within this work, Kelly takes special interest in the early childhood period and has been endorsed as a Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Professional through the MN Association for Children’s Mental Health. Kelly is also a rostered Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) provider and supervisor. She had extensive training in early childhood trauma, attachment, as well as specific training in working with children and families on the adoption/permanency spectrum. Kelly also acts as a consultant with the Department of Human Services and provides reflective consultation and training to early childhood care providers throughout the Twin Cities Metro areas.
