Kelly Milanowski is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker dedicated to supporting individuals across the lifespan. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology from St. Thomas Aquinas College and her Master’s in Social Work from New York University. Kelly has extensive experience working in schools and with families in community and outpatient programs.
She enjoys helping young children, adolescents and adults navigate life’s challenges. Kelly is well-versed in evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and solution-focused modalities; empowering individuals towards building resilience, developing coping strategies and achieving meaningful personal growth.
