Kelly is a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner and a Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselor. She has been practicing since 2003 when she completed her Master of Science Degree in Psychology from California Polytechnic State University. She specializes in working with adolescents and adults and has a diverse professional background. She was the Director of Behavioral Health for a federally qualified health center with integrated care, Program Administrator for secure residential facilities and an outpatient therapist in a variety of clinical settings. She has a range of experience partnering with clients who are encountering depression, anxiety, mood disorders, life transitions, relationship difficulties, and addiction. Kelly believes that everyone can benefit from therapy and encourages wellness and holistic self-care as a way to help manage stress and build resilience to meet life’s challenges. Her therapeutic approach is a compassionate, supportive and collaborative process; personalized to each person’s unique journey for their desired growth, change and healing.
