Kelly is a License Graduate Social Worker who graduated from Western New Mexico University’s Master’s Program in 2021. Kelly has always wanted to do therapy to help support those who would like to improve their journey in life.
For most individuals’ life’s journey can have its ups and downs, providing the ability to see the silver lining in some of the hiccups in life. Kelly felt approaching social work through this lens there is potential to achieve the reward of positive life change. Kelly’s eagerness to find a solution to life’s every day or once—in—a—lifetime challenges at times thinking outside the box of common recommendations.
Kelly focuses on Person—Centered practices in her work with adolescents & adults. She utilizes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Existential Therapy, Family Systems, and Humanistic Therapy in her work with couples, families, and individuals. Kelly indulges her leisure time by creating inspirations with her crafting hobbies, outdoors, playing with her Furbaby Cherry, spending time with her family, and watching television or movies.
