Kelley Arrowood, M.Ed., NCC, is a Resident in Counseling under Board Supervision and former school counselor, currently working toward licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). She holds a Master’s degree
in School Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, providing her with a strong foundation
in both educational and clinical mental health support.

Kelley is dedicated to helping individuals find healing, clarity, and personal growth. She utilizes a
person‑centered and trauma‑informed approach, creating a safe, collaborative, and empowering
therapeutic space. Kelley works with clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and
relationship challenges, and supports them in building meaningful coping skills, emotional insight,
and resilience.
Kelley is passionate about meeting each client where they are and walking alongside them at their
own pace, fostering genuine connection and sustainable personal transformation.
