I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over 8 years of counseling experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults. I earned both my Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in Social Work at Widener University. I specialize in LGBTQIA+ inclusive/gender-affirming care, trauma-informed practice, and a client-centered treatment approach. My passion is working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and pre-teens/teens/young adults in the age range of 11-25. My goal is to always make clients feel heard, validated, and seen for who they are while providing the support necessary to face life’s challenges.
The modalities and interventions I utilize in my practice include CBT, DBT, gender-affirming care, trauma-informed care, strengths-based approach, client-centered approach, social skills psychoeducation/modeling, sensory-based interventions, active listening, relational reframing, empathy, validation, and self-esteem development/identity empowerment.
