Kayla is a Registered Marriage and Family Therapist Intern (RMFTI) with a Bachelor’s degree in Family Social Science-Family Therapy from the University of Minnesota and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Nova Southeastern University. She has experience working with children, teens, and adults in brief therapy, substance abuse, and school settings. Kayla focuses on treating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, relationship issues, and life transitions, with a special emphasis on teens and families.
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys spending time with loved ones, camping in her home state of Minnesota, and taking her dog to the beach.
