Kathryn Hewitt, LCSW

Kathryn has a range of experience working in hospital settings, supporting clients and families with new diagnoses, chronic illness, mental health crises, and end of life. She is a trauma informed therapist who strives to create a nonjudgmental, safe and empowering relationship with her clients. Kathryn approaches therapy from a strengths based perspective while also helping her clients to challenge any self-limiting beliefs and unhelpful behavior patterns.

Kathryn works with adults of all ages who are experiencing anxiety, depression, life transitions and adjustment. She is particularly passionate about working with clients who are interested in processing traumatic experiences or learning to live with grief and loss. Kathryn believes that therapy is a collaborative process to guide clients on a journey of healing, self-discovery and resilience.
