Kathleen Kerr, LCPC-C

Therapist

Kathleen work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief, burnout, midlife stress, career transitions, and major life changes. Many clients seek therapy in the space between endings and beginnings—when roles, identities, or circumstances have shifted and uncertainty feels overwhelming.

She is a conditionally licensed therapist, practicing under clinical supervision, with extensive experience supporting adults through personal and professional transitions. Her approach is person-centered, solution-focused, and trauma-informed, integrating CBT-informed strategies, DBT-informed skills, and ACT-informed (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) interventions. Kathleen believes therapy is collaborative and evidence-based- focused on reducing distress, strengthening coping skills, clarifying values, and supporting meaningful, sustainable change.
