I’m Katherine Granja, a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT) and proud Latina with years of experience in marriage and family therapy. I graduated from Rutgers University and specialize in working with adolescents, teens, and adults facing complex and co-occurring disorders. My expertise includes trauma recovery, such as domestic violence, physical abuse, and neglect. I utilize a range of therapeutic techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and have led various group therapy sessions. Additionally, I work extensively with anger management, battery intervention, and substance addiction.

Fluent in Spanish, I am dedicated to providing a compassionate and collaborative environment where clients can achieve healing and personal growth.
