“Kate is a compassionate and committed social worker who earned her Bachelor of Social Work from Wright State University in 2019 and her Master of Social Work in 2024. She has extensive experience working with individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges in a variety of clinical and community-based settings.
Kate is trained in and utilizes evidence-based clinical interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care, to support her clients in managing symptoms, building coping strategies, and achieving their personal goals. She also incorporates a strengths-based, client-centered approach that empowers individuals to recognize their resilience and take an active role in their healing process.
Kate is dedicated to creating a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and valued. Her work is guided by a passion for mental health advocacy, reducing stigma, and promoting well-being at both the individual and community levels.”
