Kate is a clinical social work intern pursuing her Masters degree in social work at Aurora university. She received her bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Benedictine University in Criminal Justice with a minor in social work. She has both personal and volunteer experience with veterans and active duty military members. She has a passion for working with those who have served and are currently serving our country. Kate is dedicated to developing positive rapport with her clients and enhancing their well-being through a trauma informed, strengths based client centered approach. She is passionate about working with children and adult service members and first responders. In her free time, she enjoys reading, spending time with her family and dogs and she can be seen regularly at her moms coffee shop helping out or enjoying a cup of coffee.
