Kacie Hildreth is a hard-working, goal oriented but wild-hearted therapist and our Southlake clinic manager. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor and enjoys working with adolescents and all stages of adulthood. She has experience addressing depression, anxiety, substance abuse, trauma and severe mental illness. She helps people embrace their power and mindset shifts to overcome obstacles they are facing. She uses CBT, DBT, person-centered, motivational interviewing and trauma informed care with clients providing them with support.
Kacie is a wife and mother of two boys and a fluffy golden retriever. She loves anything to do with water, beaches and travel.
