Justin Kastenhuber, LMSW

Therapist

Justin is an LMSW (Licensed Master of Social Work) who is dedicated to creating a space where clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to be themselves. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or feeling stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, Justin works collaboratively with you to explore what’s going on and build meaningful, lasting change.

Justin takes a client-centered approach, believing that therapy works best when it feels authentic, supportive, and grounded in trust. He strives to meet clients where they are—offering both empathy and honest, practical feedback—so you can better understand yourself and move forward with clarity and confidence.

Drawing from training in approaches such as CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing, Justin tailors each session to the individual, integrating tools that support emotional regulation, self-awareness, and resilience.

Justin has experience working with a wide variety of populations, including children, adolescents, young adults, and elderly adults, across settings including outpatient facilities & a psychiatric residential treatment facility. His work is grounded in the belief that growth happens not only through insight, but through connection, consistency, and feeling genuinely seen.

Clients can expect a warm, nonjudgmental space where they are supported, challenged, and encouraged to reconnect with their strengths and build the life they want.
