Julia is a Licensed Master Social Worker with a strong background in helping both adolescents and adults navigate various mental health challenges. Her expertise spans a wide range of conditions, including mood disorders, anxiety disorders depression, bipolar disorder, PTSD, and relationship conflict. Julia believes in a holistic approach to therapy, valuing the individuality of the person sitting across from her. Julia uses techniques from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), client-centered therapy, and dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT). She approaches therapy with the view that clients are the experts of their own lives, and uses authenticity, empathy, and kindness to build a strong therapeutic relationship. When not in the office Julia enjoys taking care of her houseplants, playing Sims, enjoying the outdoors, or spending time with close friends and family.
