Julia Friedman is a compassionate and dedicated Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern who helps clients navigate life’s challenges with empathy and understanding. She creates a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported in exploring their emotions and personal growth.
Julia earned her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. During her internship, she gained experience working with anxiety, depression, life transitions, parenthood, and self-growth. She takes a person-centered approach, tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs to ensure it feels personal and effective. Outside of therapy, Julia enjoys workout classes, playing pickleball, and spending time with family and friends. She is committed to ongoing learning and professional growth to better support her clients.
