Juli Grey, MA, Resident in Counseling

Therapist

For as long as I can remember, I have always been driven to connect with others by meeting them where they are. I hold a Master’s in Counseling and Human Development with a concentration in Clinical Mental Health from Radford University. The culmination of my life, education and extensive career experiences in nonprofit development have provided me with a rich, well-rounded perspective of myself and others thus far.

I believe that despite different socioeconomic backgrounds and various cultures, that kindness, respect, empathy, and compassion go a long way. I believe that we all have the strength and tenacity within us to make positive change, and given the space and time, we are able to walk in our authenticity toward becoming the best versions of ourselves. I have experience working with trauma/ PTSD, recovery from Narcissistic abuse, anxiety, depression, LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities, grief/loss, crisis, veterans, previously incarcerated, and the trials of navigating everyday life. I truly believe that for success in healing, there can be, and often is more than one answer, so the more creative we can get, the better off we’ll be.

I have a deep love of music, art, and meaningful relationships, and have found that laughter really is the best medicine.
