Judy utilizes techniques such as Solution-focused and Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Family Systems therapy, and Play therapy. Judy’s approach is to help clients identify and prioritize the issues they want help with, and to work on how to achieve positive progress in improving the quality of one’s life. Judy uses warmth and humor to help clients feel welcome and safe. She treats her clients with kindness and respect. When she is not at work, Judy loves to spend time with her large family, her dogs Brady and Bella, and her cat Butterscotch. She loves football season, looking for the best shells on the beach, baking, and traveling. Judy believes that many of her own personal experiences, both difficult and joyful, have helped her to have a successful career as a therapist.
