Judy Gaspar, RIMHC

Judy Gaspar believes each client is a unique person who can develop inner strengths to shape the life they want and deserve. A graduate of the University of South Florida’s Clinical Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling Program, Judy is also a Rehabilitation Specialist Administration scholar, she has the knowledge and experience to help persons with disabilities, as well as those struggling with depression, anxiety, grief, addiction, and low self-esteem. Skilled in Solution-focused Therapy and Psychotherapy, Judy offers a variety of approaches appropriate to the individual client’s needs. She is fluent in Spanish and English and–as a professional with over 20 years experience in education–enjoys working with adolescents, adults, and families.
