Joyce is a Licensed Associate Counselor with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Montclair State University. Joyce is available to work with tweens, teens, and adults for individual, couples and family sessions. Joyce uses an attachment-based, trauma-informed, multicultural, and neuro-affirming lens to build a supportive environment where clients find safety to show up authentically.
Joyce’s approach is also integrative and draws from techniques including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing, Internal Family Systems, and Somatic Therapy. Joyce has supported and clients with a wide range of mental health concerns including but not limited to anxiety, ADHD, ASD, bipolar disorder, blended family adjustments, depression, domestic violence, LGBTQIA+ issues, parenting concerns, and PTSD symptoms.
