My name is John and I am a pre-licensed therapist with a bachelor’s degree in human services and a master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling. I am also a retired police lieutenant and a veteran of the US Air Force and the New Hampshire Air National Guard. During sessions, I like to take an eclectic approach, integrating various therapeutic techniques and methods to tailor treatment to each individual’s specific needs and circumstances. I work with individuals over the age of 18. My areas of specialty include working with Veterans and First Responders, and clients coping with anger, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), and childhood trauma. I also enjoy helping individuals through difficult life transitions and daily stressors. Outside of work I enjoy playing hockey, triathlons, and spending time with my wife.
