John Jaksich, LAC


Following a long and successful career in business, John has been a counselor and a coach for over a decade. He believes that to be our best, to truly make positive changes in our lives, we need to address the entire person: mind, body, and spirit. His goal with his clients is a full integration of the emotional child, the intellectual adult, the physical body, and the spirit guide (soul). John believes that everyone is capable of, is in fact entitled to, a life of happiness, love, peace, and fulfillment. He utilizes an integrative approach that includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, spirituality and is solutions focused. John works with adults (individuals, couples, and families) to promote positive change. He works with a variety of issues including relationships, trauma, grief, addiction, stress, and general mental health. He has extensive experience treating anxiety, depression, mood and personality disorders, addictions, stress, and many other conditions. John also coaches in the areas of career, education, life balance, personal growth, and self-realization.
