Jessie is a warm, down-to-earth therapist who believes in meeting clients exactly where they’re at, whether they’re feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply curious about making a change. She works with children, teens, and adults, supporting them in building confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of self. Jessie’s approach is collaborative and compassionate, guided by the belief that healing begins when people feel truly seen and understood.
She is passionate about helping clients explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe, judgment-free space. Whether working through anxiety, ADHD, relationship challenges, or life transitions, Jessie empowers her clients to set meaningful goals and move toward the lives they want.
Outside of the therapy room, Jessie finds joy in spending time with friends and family outdoors and caring for her lively home zoo, which includes dogs, birds, a leopard gecko, betta fish, water snails, and even garden snails. Her playful, grounded personality helps clients of all ages feel at ease and even find moments of lightness during life’s challenges.
