Jessica is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in Florida who holds a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University. She has experience treating a range of conditions including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance abuse, anger management, postpartum depression, LGBTQ+ issues, PCOS, grief (including pet loss), abuse, self-esteem challenges, behavioral issues, adjustment disorder, relationship issues, and PTSD.

Jessica’s goal as a therapist is to help you practice the skills necessary to flourish, find stability, and achieve a sense of inner peace and happiness. Jessica creates a welcoming, non-judgmental environment and supportive space where you can freely express your thoughts, aspirations, concerns, and therapy goals.

Jessica’s focus is not just listening, but truly understanding your emotions, and fostering a strong connection that serves as the cornerstone of your therapeutic relationship. In therapy, she incorporates a variety of modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered approaches, solution focused brief therapy, play therapy, talk therapy, and mindfulness practices, tailoring treatment to your individual needs.

Outside of session, Jessica enjoys being a dog mom, spending time with friends and family, trying out new restaurants, traveling, boating, attending Miami Dolphins football games, and working on her own self-care.
