Jessica is a new therapist who emphasizes fun, play, and humor through her sessions. She loves throwing dance parties, playing games or playing pretend, and laughing during session. As a therapist, Jessica takes a creative but genuine approach. Her styles is best described as human-centered, strengths-based, and of course, fun!
Jessica has a passion for working along the littles. She has previously worked as a pre-school teacher, a pre-school mental health specialist, an ABA (Applied Behavioral Analysis) therapist, and a mental health therapist. Jessica has the most experience in working with youth (ages 5-18) with anxiety, autism, ADHD, and self-esteem concerns.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys camping, reading, and exploring the quirky spots in Minnesota. She also loves spending time with her friends and family – including her two dogs, Goose and Koda.
