Jessica Bloome, LPCC

Jessica Bloome is the Clinic Director of Ellie Mental Health – Rio Rancho, where she leads with heart, vision, and a deep belief in healing as a human birthright. A Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and supervisor, Jessica works with creatives, highly sensitive people, high achievers, and neurodivergent adults navigating self-doubt, anxiety, and emotional exhaustion. Her practice blends Internal Family Systems (IFS) with holistic, evidence-based care that honors the whole person. She is currently undergoing training to become a certified EMDR therapist, deepening her commitment to trauma-informed healing. Inspired by the teachings of Pema Chödrön, Jessica views therapy as a partnership of equals—a space where self-trust and transformation emerge through presence and connection. As a leader, she cultivates a clinic culture of authenticity, creativity, and mutual growth. Beyond her work, she finds joy in the outdoors with her children, writing fiction, and exploring the healing wisdom of plants.
