Jesse is an Associate Therapist (Supervised in Clinical Social Work) and Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP-A) who specializes in providing integrative psychotherapy for adults and teens experiencing a broad range of mental health challenges, relationship concerns, and demanding life transitions. With an approach that is rooted in the growth-promoting principles of person-centered therapy, Jesse believes in leveraging the power of genuine human connection to bring about meaningful and enduring change within a safe and non-judgemental environment. Outside of the office, Jesse finds meaning in reading, occasionally indulging in guilty-pleasure television, and enjoying the company of friends, family, and his dog, Petal.
