Jennifer Robinson, MS

Therapist

Jennifer brings a wealth of experience to the mental health field. She has worked in a variety of roles, including community navigator, case manager, family development specialist, and outpatient therapy clinician. During her time with the Healthy Kids, Bright Futures project, she received training in the ACEs Study (Adverse Childhood Experiences) and trauma-informed care. Jennifer is also trained in Mental Health First Aid and has extensive experience managing crisis situations.

Jennifer takes a Humanistic approach to therapy, helping clients work toward their full potential with a strong emphasis on overall wellbeing. She draws from a range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Motivational Interviewing.

Jennifer uses a humanistic, trauma-informed approach to help clients build resilience, improve wellbeing, and navigate life’s challenges using evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

Outside of work, Jennifer is an avid reader with a love of travel and true crime.
