Jennifer is a New York State Certified School Psychologist who is passionate about supporting children and adolescents as they navigate emotional, behavioral, and academic challenges. She works with children ages 6–11 and adolescents ages 12–17, creating a supportive and encouraging space where young people can feel understood, empowered, and safe to be themselves.
Jennifer has extensive experience in psychological testing and evaluation, with a focus on ADHD, anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, learning disabilities, OCD, depression, and developmental disorders. She uses evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), exposure response counseling, and behavior modification to help clients build practical skills, emotional awareness, and resilience. Her work is also informed by experience supporting clients through crisis and trauma, as well as a thoughtful, cross-cultural perspective.
Jennifer brings both clinical expertise and genuine empathy to her work, shaped in part by personal and family experiences with autism spectrum disorder and common mental health challenges. As a parent to a young child, she understands the importance of a supportive “village” and the stress that can arise for both children and caregivers when that support feels limited.
In addition to her clinical work, Jennifer was a volunteer firefighter, reflecting her strong commitment to service, teamwork, and supporting others during times of need. Jennifer believes in meeting each child where they are and collaborating closely with families to support meaningful, lasting growth.
