Jennifer is a licensed professional counselor who works with children/adolescents, adults, and families. She graduated from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology with her Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology, specializing in Latinx Mental Health. Jennifer understands the importance of her clients’ experiences and that cultural factors and social issues may affect their mental health. She has experience with treating anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Jennifer focuses on providing treatment primarily through culturally adapted, evidence-based interventions using ACT, CBT, and DBT. Jennifer values fostering a therapeutic space that is safe, welcoming, and empathetic.
