While hardships in life are inevitable, you do not have to face it alone.

I aim to create a safe space where you are not judged, but supported as we work towards your overall wellness. I am a provisionally licensed mental health counselor who holds a master’s in clinical mental health counseling from Messiah University and a bachelor’s degree in psychology and political science from SUNY Oneonta. I am passionate about sharing resources and creating a warm environment for you to grow through whatever you are going through!

If you are struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, boundaries, self-esteem, trauma, grief, identity issues, or other things that life throws your way, I can help you navigate these feelings and emotions to find a path forward.

Through an eclectic/integrative approach that involves, but is not limited to, elements of cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), strengths based therapy, person-centered therapy, and mindfulness, we can collaborate on a treatment plan that is best for your experiences, needs, and goals.

I emphasize the importance of empathy, validation, and radical acceptance–in every session, you will be met with kindness, unconditional positive regard, and a growth mindset to help empower you in these next steps towards wellness.
