I’ve spent my career helping children, adolescents, and adults in home, school, and clinical settings, focusing on challenges like anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, and adjustment disorders. My goal is to be a caring listener and a helpful guide as you work toward your personal goals.

Outside of work, I love spending time with my family and friends, hunting for treasures while thrifting, and cheering on the Washington Capitals.
