Janet, has over 15 years of social work experience in early childhood education, hospice care, and supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. She specializes in helping adolescents, young adults, and families navigate trauma, grief, and relational challenges.
Janet uses an eclectic approach with focuses on trauma-informed care rooted in Family Systems Theory, Person-Centered Therapy, and psychoeducation to foster healing through understanding the mind-body connection to emotions and triggers. Offering virtual and in-person sessions, she is passionate about empowering clients toward resilience.
Outside work, the Colorado native enjoys reading, volunteering with Girl Scouts and Labeled & Loved, and spending time with her family and pack of animals, while embracing Ellie’s mission to bridge mental health gaps.
