Jane is a charismatic Gen Zer who uses her compassion, expertise, and youthfulness to connect with clients and help in any way possible. She recognizes that it is very easy to be a helpful person, but it is extremely hard to be vulnerable enough to ask for help. She has an immense passion for destigmatizing mental health, and for advocating for people in addiction recovery. Her experience includes coordinating care for adolescents in addiction treatment facilities and supporting teens and adults with developmental disorders.
Jane shows her youthfulness through humor, usually memes, and through her motto ‘treat people with kindness’. As a self-described pop culture aficionado, she keeps up on all the Hollywood reality drama and loves to drink, and spill, tea. But her absolute favorite thing to do outside of work is cuddle with her three Golden Retrievers.
