A native of North St. Louis City, Jamie is a Provisionally Licensed Professional Counselor and certified early childhood educator. She is passionate about people of color and trauma as well as self-discovery and connection through expressive and creative arts. Prior to joining Ellie’s team, Jamie served as a first-grade teacher, a counselor intern specializing in intimate partner violence, and a foster care case manager. She is excited to work with a diverse group of clients in helping them to express themselves through creative activities.
