Starting therapy takes courage, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, ADHD, and mood disorders.
My approach is steady and supportive, helping clients build confidence and reliable coping tools through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered therapy, and Play Therapy.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University and my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University.
