Jamie enjoys working with children, adolescents, and adults to help them navigate life’s challenges and discover their inner strengths. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Eastern Illinois University and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from National Louis University.
Jamie understands how much courage it takes to begin therapy, and she strives to create a welcoming, supportive space where clients feel safe to share and grow. Her approach integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and Play Therapy to meet clients where they are and guide them toward healing and balance.
She specializes in supporting individuals and families dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and loss, ADHD, and mood disorders. Jamie’s goal is to help clients build confidence, recognize their strengths, and make meaningful, lasting change. She believes that growth happens through connection — and takes pride in being a steady, compassionate partner along her clients’ journeys toward wellness.
