Isabelle (she/her) is located out of Minnetonka and a proud member of the BIPOC community. She is deeply committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming space for individuals of all backgrounds, identities, and experiences. Isabelle has extensive experience working with individuals facing severe and persistent mental illness and enjoys working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. She strives to help clients feel safe presenting as their authentic selves.

Isabelle has supported clients in addressing a variety of concerns, including stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and addiction. She integrates Person-Centered Therapy, solution-focused techniques, and strength-based approaches into her work, while also using humor when appropriate to foster connection and ease. Her therapeutic style emphasizes empathy, collaboration, and helping clients recognize and nurture their unique strengths to promote healing and growth.
