Isabel is a master’s student in Counseling Psychology at the University of Denver and a clinician in training. She practices from a culturally informed, holistic lens and is passionate about creating an inclusive, supportive space where all identities and experiences are welcomed and honored. Isabel believes that therapy should be collaborative and adaptable, and she draws from a wide range of therapeutic approaches—including mindfulness, somatic body work, and insight-oriented modalities—to meet each client’s unique needs.
She enjoys exploring what resonates most with her clients, whether that’s through reflective conversation, body-based practices, or grounding in the present moment. Isabel has a deep appreciation for personal history, and she values the connections between past experiences and present patterns. She is especially passionate about helping individuals navigate life transitions, reconnect with themselves, and develop tools for lasting emotional wellness.
Outside the therapy room, Isabel loves reading (she’s always open to book recommendations!), spending time with her beloved pets, exploring historical topics, and mindfulness work.
