Hollyann is a kind, authentic, creative, and strengths based therapist. Hollyann focuses on creating a safe place for clients through validation, acceptance, and compassion. She believes in meeting people where they are at using a collaborative approach. She believes the therapeutic relationship is the most important aspect of change. She wishes each client to walk away from a session feeling heard and validated.
Hollyann uses a person- centered, CBT solution- focused framework, while considering the impact of trauma and multicultural influences.
As your therapist, Hollyann will create a safe place that will enable you to gain insight into your life.
Hollyann works with all individuals age 6 and up. Her experience prior to Ellie includes a history of working in outpatient, school based, and in home settings. Additionally, Hollyann has experience working with college students at a university.
Outside work, Hollyann enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time outside. Hollyann also enjoys taking care of her many plants, and is always looking to add more. She also enjoys baking desserts and trying out new recipes. She also loves to travel, and explore new places.
