Holly is a compassionate therapist who believes that the process of making or creating art has healing capabilities. Creating art in a therapeutic setting provides a safe, non-judge mental environment to express feelings both conscious and subconscious. She recognizes that in our daily lives we experience life situations that are traumatic to our well being. We cannot stop life from occurring, however we do have the control of how we respond to them. We can chose to respond positively or negatively to our experiences depending on the here and now of our ability to process the situation.
When Holly is not at work, she is an avid student at Adler Graduate School pursuing a master’s degree in Art therapy. In her free time, she loves spending time with her family playing games and being outside. Holly also is a professional pour painter and spends creative time in her studio preparing for art shows in the metro area.
