Holly is a compassionate Art therapist who believes that the process of making or creating art has healing capabilities. Creating art in a therapeutic setting provides a safe, non-judgmental environment to express feelings both conscious and subconscious. She recognizes that in our daily lives we experience life situations that are traumatic to our well-being. We cannot stop life from occurring, however, we do have control over how we respond to them. We can choose to respond positively or negatively to our experiences depending on the here and now of our ability to process the situation. Holly Figg is a recent graduate from Adler Graduate School. When Holly is not at work, In her free time, she loves mountain biking, being outside, and spending time with her family playing games. Holly also is a professional pour painter and spends creative time in her studio preparing for art shows in the metro area.
