Heather Hall, MSW, LGSW

Heather is a therapist that is person-centered and has a compassionate approach. One of her goals is to support others with improving their own understanding of their authentic selves. She believes people are more than their mental health and teaching skills is a way to empower clients to learn and embrace who they are as individuals.

Heather has history of utilizing a variety of modalities for 16 year olds and up but areas of interest include CBT, DBT, and focusing on mindfulness. Heather views growth and change as being possible, we just have to have the right tools to do it.

Therapy is about being creative in the work. She is passionate about making each client’s time unique to their needs and finding creative ways to build those tool boxes together. By creating an alliance with her patients, Heather likes to establish trust so they are not alone on their journey.

When she isn’t working she enjoys spending time with her husband and pets, boating on the St Croix and planning her next adventure, usually to Disney World.
