Hannah holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver and approaches therapy through a client-centered, trauma-informed lens. She provides a compassionate and supportive space where clients can explore their emotions, experiences, and challenges at their own pace. Hannah is passionate about working with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship challenges. She draws from an integrative approach using evidence-based modalities including CBT, ACT, and Person-Centered therapy to support clients in building resilience, insight, and meaningful change. In her spare time, Hannah enjoys hiking, exploring the mountains, and spending as much time as she can with her family and friends.
