Hannah is a compassionate therapist who believes that everyone is doing the best they can. Hannah’s approach to therapy is based around each person’s strengths and the belief that people are the experts of their own life.
Hannah’s therapeutic approach embraces compassion and authenticity in supporting each person as they explore their inner thoughts, feelings, and experiences. Hannah enjoys incorporating art-based mindfulness techniques and other creative methods in practice to embrace healing by fully engaging mind and body. This allows clients to engage in a more experiential therapy.
Hannah’s passion lies in working with all ages, but she has an extensive background working with at-risk youth and their families. She is trained in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT), which is an evidence-based approach to treating trauma in children and adolescents ages 3 – 18 years old. Hannah is certified in Anti-Human Trafficking which primarily focused on prevention and best practices, to help empower people who are survivors of human trafficking, both domestically and trans-nationally. Hannah’s knowledge encompasses both forced labor and sexual exploitation.
When Hannah is not at work you will likely find her outside with her family fishing, going for walks, or searching for adventure. Hannah also enjoys all things art, and personal time where she can binge watch Netflix or immerse herself in her favorite video game.
