Embracing the complexities of the human experience, I offer compassionate and clinically-informed guidance as a Resident in Counseling. Grounded in existentialism and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), my approach fosters resilience, mindfulness, and meaningful living. I support individuals, couples, and families of all ages, navigating life’s challenges, including anxiety, trauma, depression, addiction, eating disorders, and relational struggles. Culturally competent and inclusive, I honor diverse backgrounds, identities, and experiences. I welcome clients from diverse racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, LGBTQ+, and ability backgrounds. Together, we’ll explore intersections of mind, body, and spirit, cultivating grounding amidst chaos. I companion clients in discovering inner strength, rekindling purpose, and illuminating pathways to wholeness and post-traumatic growth.
I am fluent in English and Spanish.
