Bio

Gracelyn (Grace) is a Community Based Provider who enjoys using humor and patience to meet Client’s where they’re at, in order to achieve goals tailored to each individual Client. Grace strives to work “with” her Clients and not “for” them, in an attempt to remain as person centered as possible. She studied Social Work in her first 4 years of college before eventually graduating with a BA in Individualized Studies, and has held onto those learnings and applies them to her everyday work with Clients. Grace also has experience working for SPPS for many years, with children of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities. You can expect a provider who is very understanding and empathetic, and who will really commit with her Clients to achieve their goals when choosing Grace.

Outside of work, Grace can be found with her FIVE children, watching her favorite shows (including Grey’s Anatomy, and corny singing competitions), frequenting Starbucks, and eating all the chips and queso her little heart desires!
