Grace is a Korean American therapist and U.S. Army veteran with a deep commitment to helping others heal and thrive. After serving in the military, she found a new calling in mental health and wellness, blending her personal experiences with a profound belief in the interconnectedness of the mind and body. In 2015, Grace graduated from Penn State University with a BS in Psychology and went on to pursue an MS in Clinical Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College, graduating in 2020. This advanced education and real-world military experience uniquely shapes her therapeutic approach, fostering a strength-based perspective that prioritizes both mental and physical well-being.
As a therapist, Grace emphasizes the importance of the understanding of self, one’s core values, and passions in order to guide decision making and to help individuals live in alignment with their true self. She integrates a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care, to support personal challenges, managing stress, and improving overall quality of life.
