Glenda enjoys working with teens, adults and groups. She has worked in schools, communities and outpatient services for over 15 years. She believes everyone has the capacity to live the life they want by healing from past or present circumstances. She uses a client centered, strengths-based and mind-body approach that includes Mindfulness, EMDR and Somatic Experiencing and other interpersonal modalities to help each client reach their goals. For those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, identity issues, self-worth/self-confidence or change of life transitions, Glenda helps clients find their true potential.
